Při instruktážním tréninku (lekcí) se především naučíme správnou techniku nordic running a ověříme správnou délku runningových holí pro každého účastníka. Během cca 2,5 hod. si vyzkoušíme různé varianty běhu, běhochůze (runwalk) a cvičení s holemi a zdůrazníme konkrétní tréninkové i zdravotní aspekty. Fyzická náročnost lekce bude samozřejmě přizpůsobena členům příslušné treninkové skupiny.
